3.       Once you collect the donations, you or your organization makes one check payable to The AIDS Orphan Fund, c/o The National Christian Foundation.  We do not ask you to pay up front.  We do not have complex ordering systems.  We are a group of volunteers packing up bracelets and mailing them to you with the hope and prayer that they will be a way to connect you to orphans.  Questions? info@aidsbracelets.org

The bracelets you receive have all been made by AIDS orphans or women in Africa who support them.  Because each is handmade, there will be variations in the beads.  We're sorry that we can't guarantee that all bracelets will be exactly alike.  The colors on the bracelets are traditional African colors.  Red stands for AIDS, which has devastated AfricaYellow is for hope.  Green represents bounty, traditionally the green of plants and agriculture so important to Africa.  But it also represents the bounty we as Americans enjoy and can share with our brothers and sisters.

Orphans now attend school in Uganda because of loans provided to women by Opportunity International.
